These straight shank, left spiral flute Besly End
Mills are for milling most types of steel, including hardened steel and
other tougher, harder alloys. The left spiral flutes absorb impact shocks
on entering the work. Average feeds per tool .003 to .005" per tooth per
revolution. Speeds should be reduced in proportion to the hardness of
materials being machined.
